RT MIS, together with Сifromed, developed services for doctors to combat coronavirus (COVID-19), as part of a unified digital platform in the healthcare sector of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, and were the first in Russia to integrate them with the Federal Information Resource for Information Accounting.
Now, data on patients diagnosed with COVID-19, pneumonia and suspected COVID-19 infection are automatically transferred there.
as well as information on observation, medical care provided, epidemiological history and laboratory studies of patients.
Doctors interview patients using a comprehensive questionnaire that takes into account questions about health status and epidemiological history. The information on the countries and Russian cities that the patient visited and whether he was in contact with the sick is being clarified. The questionnaire is filled out at the initial appointment with any specialist, calling an ambulance or emergency medical care, admission to the admission department of a hospital.
Based on the results of the survey, the district therapist decides whether to quarantine the patient or not. In case of a positive decision, he starts a control record, which allows you to monitor the patient's health on a daily basis. The doctor himself enters the data, clarifying the state of health by phone or by any other means of communication. The patient can independently keep a health diary in the personal account on the regional portal of medical services or a mobile application. If the patient enters the data himself, the system notifies the doctor about new entries. The quarantine is lifted on the basis of a medical decision.
The system generates separate lists of patients: with suspected
COVID-19, with a confirmed diagnosis, lists of those who have recovered and those whose suspicion of the disease has not been confirmed. The developed service allows local doctors to view information in the context of patients attached to their site. Specialists of regional healthcare authorities have access to online monitoring for all formed lists, as well as for the data of patients who were in contact with the sick, but were left without a doctor's supervision. Also, a register of doctors who routinely work with infected COVID-19 is being formed.
The system allows emergency medical doctors in real time to receive information on the availability of free seats allocated for patients with coronavirus infection. And to the specialists of medical organizations and the Ministry of Health of the region, online monitoring of free boxes, beds and medical equipment allocated for patients with COVID-19 is available.
The developed services meet the requirements of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation "On the approval of temporary rules for recording information in order to prevent the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19)" and the Order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation "On the temporary procedure for organizing the work of medical organizations in order to implement measures to prevent and reduce the risks of the spread of new coronavirus infection COVID-19 ".
